In January 2019, my wife and I purchased a refurbished Jura Z 5 with a 90 day warranty from SuperautoPro. The coffee it produced was superb and easily the best that I had ever brewed. One can imagine the heartbreak when the Z 5 stopped working about 15 days after the warranty expired. I contacted Don with SuperautoPro who promised to work with me to resurrect the Z 5 while minimizing any expense to me. The short version of the story is Don gave me technical instructions as to how to open the Z 5 and between us we determined the problem. The following is an excerpt of the letter I sent to Don after having a great cup of coffee from my revitalized Z 5: “I can't thank you enough for the above & beyond service. Having owned two small businesses, you have emulated the type of service we tried to provide. It is nice to know there are still people who care more about the level of customer service they provide than almighty $$.
